Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F. Make sure the grill grates are clean.
  2. While the grill is heating, prepare the eggplants. Slice each eggplant into 1/2-inch thick rounds. The thickness ensures the eggplants cook evenly and remain tender while not becoming mushy.
