  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
