Ingredients
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the lo mein noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef slices to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are just cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, snap peas, red bell pepper, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef, chicken, and shrimp to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles. Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss to combine.
- Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
- Add the sliced green onions and a pinch of black pepper. Toss everything one more time and serve immediately.
