Ingredients

  • 4 pounds beef ribs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Remove the beef ribs from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat, approximately 350°F.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar.
  4. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and rub them with olive oil. This helps the seasoning stick to the ribs.
  5. Generously sprinkle the seasoning mix over the ribs, ensuring they are completely covered.
  6. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down. Cover the grill and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, checking periodically.
  7. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 190°F for tender ribs.
  8. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and allow them to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This helps the juices redistribute.
