Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef ribs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Remove the beef ribs from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat, approximately 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar.
- Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and rub them with olive oil. This helps the seasoning stick to the ribs.
- Generously sprinkle the seasoning mix over the ribs, ensuring they are completely covered.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down. Cover the grill and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, checking periodically.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 190°F for tender ribs.
- Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and allow them to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This helps the juices redistribute.
