- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Pat shrimp completely dry with paper towels. This helps the breading stick better.
- 1. Place flour in shallow bowl. 2. Whisk eggs and milk in second bowl. 3. Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in third bowl.
