Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This will ensure the oven is hot enough for even cooking.
  2. Season the chicken breasts evenly on both sides with salt and black pepper.
