  • 1 pound (450g) mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) unsalted butter
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) dry white wine
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shallot and garlic, and sauté until softened.
