  • 1 pound (450g) ground pork
  • 1 cup (240ml) Swiss chard, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, Swiss chard, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties or meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter.
