Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, sugar, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract, lemon zest, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture. Stir until combined.
