  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced

  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 8 equal squares.
