- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Wash and dry the tomatoes and basil leaves.
- Slice the tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Be careful to cut evenly to ensure each bite is consistent.
- Slice the fresh mozzarella into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Try to match the size with the tomato slices.
